DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Die nachstehenden Versandvorschriften sind Basis für die Zusammenarbeit mit der KLG LIQUIDA (nachfolgend KLG Group genannt). Eine Änderung der Versandvorschriften ist ausschließlich der KLG Group vorbehalten.

In general, all deliveries to the customer are free domicile, unless the goods are collected within the scope of KLG's procurement transports by the transport service provider commissioned by KLG.

The KLG Group handles all damage to shipments delivered free of charge directly with the customer.

In case of non-compliance with these shipping instructions, the KLG Group reserves the right to charge the customer with all additional costs and handling fees incurred.

The customer undertakes to inform all service providers commissioned by him, for example for logistics services and IT, of the content of the shipping instructions.

The dangerous goods regulations must be observed.

Notification

Each delivery must be notified in good time, i.e. at least two working days before delivery, by e-mail to the logistics manager, Patrizia Zellner, [email protected].

 The following information is required:

  • consignor
  • Delivering forwarding agent
  • Description of goods
  • Number of pallets
  • Desired delivery date
  • KLG order number

Goods receiving hours: Goods are accepted from Mon - Thurs from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Fri from 8:00am - 1:00pm. Other times are only possible by arrangement.

Unadvised shipments are accepted and unloaded according to the available goods receipt capacities.

As a general rule, the shipping notification does not replace the paper delivery note.

Foreign goods before the goods for KLG

During delivery, it is not permitted to position third-party goods in the truck before the goods for KLG Group, which must first be unloaded before the goods intended for KLG Group can be unloaded. In this case, no unloading will be carried out.

Unloading of the trucks

The unloading of the trucks is carried out exclusively by the driver. Lift trucks can be provided by the KLG Group. For this reason, the truck driver is obliged to wear closed safety shoes and a high-visibility vest. The vehicle must be secured against rolling away with chocks before unloading. The truck driver is obliged to place the pallets independently and individually in the factory hall of the goods receiving department and to inform the warehouse employee to record his delivery.

Delivery quality

The goods to be delivered are to be provided only on exchangeable and undamaged Euro pallets, properly packed and secured. Furthermore, the following quality features must be observed:

  • No protrusions at the front of the pallet.
  • Tolerance of the projections on the long sides up to 10 cm each
  • Bulges or skewed loads must be prevented by effective transport securing devices.
  • Pallet height: 170 cm (including pallet).
  • Total weight must not exceed 1,000 kg.
  • The foot space of the pallets must be guaranteed.
  • The materials used to secure the load, such as identification labels etc., must not flutter; they must be secured or fastened in such a way that they do not cause any malfunctions in the automatic warehouse operation.
  • Only pallets containing only one item may be delivered.
  • Transport damages which occur due to insufficient packaging and securing shall be borne by the supplier.

Packing scheme

Each packaging unit other than a subpackaging unit must bear the following particulars:

The KLG Group uses the label attached to each load carrier (pallet) for the identification and acceptance of the goods at the goods receipt of the warehouse.

Pallet exchange

For the load carrier Euro pallets, on which the goods are delivered, KLG exclusively practices the pallet exchange procedure. After receiving the goods, the transport service provider receives pallets from the KLG Group pool. The exchange takes place exclusively in quality B (according to the quality classification of the Gütegemeinschaft Paletten e. V. and GS1, see http://www.epal-pallets.org/de/produkte/tauschkriterien.php.). If unusable pallets are delivered, the transport service provider receives the same pallet or an equivalent pallet back.

Liability

In the event of non-compliance with the aforementioned points, we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting additional expenditure to establish the processing capability. For each additional employee/hour we will charge an amount of 60,- Euro. At the same time, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 20,- Euro per delivery in these cases.

Legal requirements

The regulations resulting from the Closed Substance Cycle Waste Management Act apply to the product, those resulting from the Packaging Ordinance apply to the packaging and those resulting from the current Hazardous Substances and Hazardous Goods Ordinance apply to hazardous substances.

Accompanying delivery documents / delivery notes and freight documents

For the dispatch of the goods, a delivery note and a consignment note as well as the legally required accompanying documents must always be issued for each consignment. These documents must be handed in at the incoming goods office before the goods are unloaded. The attachment of these documents to pallets is not permitted. If the required papers are missing at the time of registration, the goods cannot be accepted.

The information on the delivery note shall read as follows:

In the event of a subsequent change in quantity on the delivery notes of the industry partner, it must be evident that the change was made by the industry partner. The old quantity should be crossed out cleanly and provided with a date and signature to ensure traceability.

Deviating delivery conditions

If, due to the specific nature of the goods, deviating delivery conditions are unavoidable on your part, these must be agreed directly with the KLG Group. These are only valid as agreed after written confirmation.
